Yes. The current starter focuses on call summaries, so I would scope this as CSV import plus tag candidates. AI should suggest loss reasons; managers should approve them. Role boundaries and audit rows stay visible.

I added an estimate. The fixed scope covers CSV import, tag candidates, weekly report, roles, and setup notes. HubSpot API sync is out of scope for this room.
